Important Update: MyIntealth Launch Timing

We're pleased to share an important update about the MyIntealth™ launch and our continued commitment to delivering a single, modern platform that enhances how we serve international medical graduates, international medical schools, medical regulatory authorities, and other customers and partner institutions.

After careful consideration and extensive preparation, we're targeting August 14, 2025, to take our legacy systems offline to begin the transition to MyIntealth. We expect to activate the new platform within 4-6 days following this transition period.

The August timing has been carefully chosen with you and our shared applicants and customers in mind. This window falls after the critical July 1 U.S. residency program start date, positions us well ahead of the next Match cycle that intensifies in September, and occurs during a period of lower transaction volumes to facilitate a smoother transition.

What You Need to Know

We will confirm the offline date the week of August 11. At this time, we are preparing to take our systems offline on August 14, with the launch of MyIntealth expected shortly after a brief transition period.
As part of the transition to MyIntealth, we are realigning our fee structure to create greater transparency for applicants and better align each fee with the specific service when it is provided.
